Our hi-tech furnaces are equipped with microprocessor controlled automatic digital control systems. Complicated alloys can be made with higher accuracy of elements in composition. Our setup includes heat treatment furnaces for T5 & T6 processes.

Our Foundry section boasts of a wide range of GDC, Tilt Gravity Die Casting Machines. We can produce casting from 50 gms to 45 Kgs.

All machines are microprocessor controlled & fully integrated with all necessary peripheral equipments. We have dedicated gas fired furnace for alloy melting & two separate electric furnaces for molten metal holding purpose. Best in class 500Kg capacity melting furnace & separate electric melting cum holding furnaces for each GDC machine. This system can keep the metal liquid at a constant temperature to ensure that each die casting part has stable density, fixed weight and even surfaces.

Two fully automatic tilting machines are used for continuous mass production.

In-house heat treatment facility is available for T5, T6 process with 500Kg drop bottom furnace. This heat treatment facility helps in smooth process flow as per casting requirements.

Surface finishing facilities such as shot blasting, vibratory finishing, buffing are available.

All in-house testing facilities such as spectrometer, density index meter, RPT, hardness tester are available within one roof.
